I collect and process personal information and medical information, as necessary, to provide the client with the best treatment.
Personal data is not shared with any other party.
The client will be asked to consent to the collection of their personal information for this purpose, at their initial consultation.
Any medical or sensitive personal information will not be stored electronically.

The client will have the right to:

  • Be informed of the information collected on themselves
  • Have access to the information collected on themselves
  • Have incorrect data rectified
  • Have their data removed, when no longer necessary or when consent is withdrawn
  • Have the right to restrict processing of their data

Should you need to cancel an appointment, please do so as soon as possible.

When you book a therapy treatment, you agree to the following cancellation terms:

  • Within 12 hours - £10 charge
  • No show - £20 charge
